Shipping policy

Most orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 days after you place your order.

However, some orders containing pre-order items may take up to 1 week after placing your order to be shipped. These items are marked as pre-orders in their description.

Please make sure your address is accurate once you place an order as we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. We are unable to process refunds or change addresses once your package has been shipped. If there is a mistake in your shipping address, please contact info@dreamtdk.shop to correct it.
